Changing rooms are available to all swimmers for before and after the lessons.
We will meet all swimmers in the seating area of the gym cafe. Swimmers are to be swim ready with a towel and sliders. …more Please do not bring onesies or dressing gowns and please avoid outdoor footwear. Strapless flip flops are recommended. Please be prompt for lesson times to keep to schedule.
Parents please ensure all swimmers have been to the toilet before their lesson to avoid disruptions.
Swimmers will be walked straight to poolside where there is a box for them to store towels and flip flops. On completion of the lesson they can towel dry and walk back to the cafe area inside the gym with the instructors. Please make sure your swimmers only walk back in sliders and a towel - there is no time for a full change. Please be waiting at the cafe area on time. Parents can then use a designated area of the changing rooms to change. We kindly ask for a quick change and no use of showers.
Please note we do not have a viewing area on poolside so please wait in the cafe area. We do put on viewing weeks for you to see your swimmers perform. If your child has a specific urge medical requirement please let us know and we can make the relevant arrangements. less

Swimmers entering this level are fully water confident (with the help of just a shark fin for buoyancy), moving in a horizontal body position on both their front and backs, competent jumping in and swimming with their faces in the water, working on refining a good over arm action on a variety of strokes.
